Shipping Time: Shipping time varies based on the chosen shipping method and destination. Generally, it takes 3-7 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) to reach most domestic locations. For remote areas or international shipments, the time may be longer, as per the logistics provider's information.

Free Shipping Conditions: Free shipping on all products to the contiguous United States(excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories). For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual weight and shipping distance and displayed during checkout.

Circumstances: Refunds and returns are applicable for defective products, wrong shipments, missing items, or if the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and unused within 7 days of receipt (based on the logistics delivery date).
Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

For returns due to product defects, wrong shipments, or missing items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns not covered by these reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
